Now that you all are finished trotting out your ATPs to practice law, can we please get back to the subject of this thread?

Are our union leaders giving us 100% like they are asking us to do or not?

In many cases, I think it is the latter. There are plenty of examples. Now the important question is does the membership care? It is your money.

Brian, thread drift happens. Are you the only one that is allowed to make a comment about something other than leadership by hypocrisy in this thread?

I would like to know what you are referring to when you say leadership by hypocrisy. Is this a theoretical debate, or do you have some real life examples? If you have those examples, please be more specific. If it is theoretical, then I think your question should be viewed as rhetorical. Who would want to be lead by hypocrites?

Drift does happen, that is why I brought it back to topic.

About the concerns, I say again, ask your reps. They know what I am talking about. They need to lead.

There are reps and committee "volunteers" who are not giving us 100% yet the leadership is asking us to give 100%.

Yes you did, and you did it with so much tact.

Unless you give us more than "ask our reps" and "they aren't giving us 100%", this seems more like an accusation looking for a crime. Feel free to PM me with details if you like.

so what’s your proposal. You going to try and get rid of another rep? Another recall vote?

I am asking if the members care. That's it.

Are we willing to give 100% knowing some of those in leadership positions, spending our dues money, are not giving 100% back to us.

About the latter, already answered.

All I can do is raise the issue. It is up to the membership to act or not.

This doublespeak is classic! This is a very valuable skill set in politics, and also boxing promotion. Don King would be so proud….

Every few days I log on to verify that this thread still doesn't say anything.

Check.
