You’re negotiating in public with and speaking to the exact number you’d vote yes too, which is absolutely too low. I personally am absolutely not looking for “close enough.” Delta’s rates reset the benchmark, and many of them sat at home getting paid during the pandemic, if that gives you any kind of idea of my expectations and where yours should be too.

For what we do compared to delta, we should have industry leading everything. But we won’t (we didn’t open many sections that lag) so pay rates should be commensurate with that fact.
