I’ve been saying it for a long time. So many here thought I was crazy. Now, how long until UPS or Teamsters attack?

We get to see the seniority list shrink down to UPS numbers. Should be a good time.

I think it depends on the fleet replacement plan and what the future replacements look like. We are in contract negotiations there’s a reason it’s quiet. Gotta create the fear and unknown.

Replacements? I think you’re missing the point. There won’t be any. 76,77 doing high value domestic and intl routes. Everything else on our “partners”. The Ground model brought to Express. Lots of shrink coming. Lots…

I don’t buy it, you really think Fred would share NDA driven fleet plans to a televised public function. It’s called negotiation. There’s probably only a handful of people who know the true plan.

That was true until they unveiled it today. Also Fred is becoming a figurehead. He’s done his part and now the quarterly statement driven new generation “leaders” are pulling the strings. Not saying it’s the right decision but it’s what they think Wall Street and DE Shaw wants to hear. If it doesn’t work they sell the whole operation as a “value added” proposition to some buyer. They do not care.

You guys already have a bunch of 767s and 777s on order and were trying to get Boeing to defer so I wouldn’t expect any new orders for awhile. Do you think the A300s and 757s will be done in the next 5-10 years?
