It will continue until we get a contract and the 350’s come. My prediction.

They're probably sending it all back. Via UPS.

Very disappointed in being at a place where I fully understand these folks, and actually would encourage any friend who were to consider it.

This current trend seems to be beyond creating doom and gloom for negotiations. It's the reality resulting from this razor-thin focus on quarters, and the mentality arriving to just eat all the meat and fat left on the bones of the company. "Customers? People, Service? What's that? Monthly bidpacks have a deadline for being posted? We don't care."

If you fly in Europe, just ask our ramp personnel at any station about our current reputation. The long-held prestige associated with the brand is pretty much gone.

I had never felt that way here before, that I'd even close to consider a pax carrier as a good choice vs us. A real shame.

I don't understand what all those abandoning ship are hoping to gain by leaving. AA/Delta/United would hire them all today and not even bat an eyelash furloughing them tomorrow.

Requiring people to return uniforms? The company doesn’t hand those out, they reimburse pilots at an annual uniform allowance for them. Not sure how or why they could collect peoples unwashed uniforms, and all those pairs of black compression socks.

I would think that if someone is close to five years, they might be wise to stay till after five, so they are vested in the retirement plan.

That’s the latest I heard about a pilot who resigned, the PAC requested his uniform and wings.

Tell us you haven’t read CBA 26.B.3 without telling us you haven’t read CBA 26.B.3….lol.

Your first set of uniforms are issued now.

“The Company shall provide all pilots hired on or after the effective date of this Agreement with the following uniform items: a. Pants (2 pair); b. Shirts (5), including 2 pairs of epaulets; c. Ties (2); d. Blouse (1); e. Cold-weather/foul-weather parka (1); f. Belt (2); and g. Other required uniform items agreed upon by the Company and the Association.”

I personally know of 2 widebody pilots that have/are leaving this month. Both young pilots.
