You guys are lucky there's no annual psych test to keep your medical.
I'm starting to think there should be.

Holy s!hit guys are posting about Dominion Voting Systems. You got enough money to hire lawyers when they sue you and APC?

And claiming that ALPA lied for material gain is accusing your fellow pilots (pilot volunteers btw) of common law fraud. That's a pretty big step out. Might want to write some memos for record of the voluminous evidence you got to back that up.

Only FedEx guys say this stuff. Do you just not pay attention to the industry?

UPS passed the 2016 contract with 90% in favor. Their extension passed with 90% in favor.

Delta passed with 80% in favor. Alaska 80% in favor. AA is going to be 80% in favor. UAL is going to be 80% in favor.

Only FedEx will give concessions. And only FedEx will pass a contract with approval in the 50’s. And it’s because of the defeatist thought process that is expressed like in the opinion above.

Maybe, and I'm just spitballing here, their pilots weren't distracted online by witchcraft and blatant fraud; like people posting, "We have PBS" etc.....

Maybe when their leadership voted 13 to 1 to send out a deal for vote they listened to them.

Maybe...they're just smarter than us. I mean, I flew with an actual Flat-Earther last year. "I'm just asking the question...."

Maybe they didn't want to turn down hundreds of thousands of dollars in gains for the latest fever-dream on their version of Jetflyers....

Never mind. Y'all go back to voter fraud and "the lying MEC." You got it wired.

Maybe, just maybe, 3/4 of the dam pilot group here are chamber of commerce Republicans. They have not one bit of shame for their vote for Bush (both), Romney, McCain, (enter any RINO here) and this piece of sh1t TA. They want to help FX thrive by selling out their own futures. Get the mission done crowd just really sucks for collective bargaining.

Except that's NOT what happened at Delta & Southwest (around 2016), or at United last June. All their leadership committees voted to send their contracts to membership for ratification, and each of those memberships collectively decided "AGAINST" those TAs. The United TA was rejected by 94% of the membership. Regardless of "social media", our individual pilots can read, comprehend, and think critically. To imply otherwise is what continues to drive fracture.

p.s. I don't distrust the ALPA voting system, however, attention to DETAIL always matters. The system should NOT have the following verbiage at the very bottom of the last screen, if it doesn't also explicitly show you how you just voted.

"This receipt DETAILS the selections you made when participating in the "FDX 2023 Tentative Agreement Ratification Ballot July 2023" and confirms that your selections have been successfully transmitted and stored in a secure tabulation database"

The receipt does NOT do what it claims to do. Just change that and move on.
