And your vote counts the same as someone that just got off probation. Not sure if you want a medal for your 55 years or how that is relevant?

It’s a tougher environment to get improvements. Hope we have some smart guys step up and find a way to reorganize what was in the TA to better meet our needs.

There is a chance it goes sideways. There is only one group that can save us and thats Ourselves. We did it once before when 700 guys asked for training records after the horrible parking lot deal.

Hilarious. Fix it in what time frame?

This is going to be a long road to an actual TA that the majority will support.. My wag is 2-3 years, and we would have already started negotiating on the next contract about that time.. I can’t wait to see this new “TA2 Fantasy Ironclad Scope Clause”.. A total joke ..

UAL just did it in 9 months dummy. Delta in 14. Is that not good enough for you? When do you retire? Don't bother answering, we already know.

Delta and UAL have a pilot shortage with no near term fix, and passenger traffic has exploded since COVID ended.
Fedex has a pilot overage and freight has dropped considerably since COVID ended. Both airfreight and ground freight.

Just made an account to say this, Fedex is in contract talk about wet leasing all md11s with western global. Routes out of ind mem la and oakland. This is what i was just told from a pretty reliable source. I don't know if this has any bearing on what you're saying or not, but it definitely means something.

As FedEx gets rid of its MD-11s because they aren’t as efficient as newer aircraft, and with global air freight plummeting (one reason why Western Global is probably going to file for bankruptcy) it would make total sense for FedEx to wet lease aircraft it doesn’t want from a carrier that is heading into bankruptcy. 🙄 Is your reliable source a day trading pump and dump website?
