I don’t work for Fedex, but I will say a no vote is a huge failure by the union, not the members. Pilots want to vote yes to pay raises. It takes a catastrophic union failure to get to a no vote. You’re directing your anger in the wrong direction.

Also, United got full retro pay after voting down their first TA (people like you over there panicked about that too) and it also paid out to retired pilots. So if you guys can get full retro you won't "lose $billions."
So chill out Boomer.

It's always curious to me how MY NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE SPEAKS FOR ME right up until the TA comes out and it doesn't have everything everybody wanted, then suddenly the committee is just one giant failboat of incompetence and graft that has somehow turned against the pilot group for which it was negotiating. It makes me wonder why it is that the smartest people in the room are always right here in these forums but never on the negotiating committees.

There’s smart people all around, and that should be recognized, acknowledged and respected. Hopefully, we do - moving forward - together!

I know it’s supposed to be secret ballot, and I’m pretty sure the answer is no, but is there a way to make TA2.0 retirement retroactive to the amenable date but exclude, for example, the 83% of block 1 and others that were so quick to pull up the ladder behind them and sell my 20 yrs of QOL for a little extra in retirement?
Can I vote to only have retro retirement for the 17% that had the stones to fight for 100% of the crew force?
I’ll vote to include full retro retirement, I guess you two are just along for the ride. You’re welcome.

Lagging and stagnated pay rates next 2 to 5 years never to be recouped.
800+ furloughed within next year
400 to 1000 senior pilots retiring under old TA $260,000 cap.
The new CFO and company will be laughing and celebrating all the way to the bank.
All you NO voters gave the company $Billions and took $Billions away from the pilots.
I hope you are happy!, I will not be shedding any tears for the NO voters who get furloughed or stuck at 2020 757 FO pay rates
For next 2 to 5 years.
Thanks again!

What the hell is wrong with you?
Do you think you’re the only one that can read and think and judge the consequences of a NO vote?
The majority disagrees with you and you are wishing for them to be furloughed? You’re the snowflake.
I hope you are just a troll because if you work here your posts are shameful.
