From the failed TA, to the changes and new direction in our union… I’d say the hiring process has been a great success.

A lot less “yes men” and more people willing to dig in and demand to be treated and compensated in a manner that is equal to their peers.

Maybe you’re just poopey because it’s not a bro’d out extension of the squadron anymore?

this is a good point…I was more so referring to previous hiring practices, idk, maybe pre 2015.

According to published safety trends, your analysis of recent hires is way off. When’s the last time you called out fatigued? I’m averaging 3x per year and have got paid for every single one. Oh, and we’re getting the company men/women out of the union.

It’s not entirely your fault because nobody knows what they don’t know. But you sure can learn. And you’ve had plenty of time to learn.
