Hopefully it gets significantly better for ya'll and you do start hiring frantically. It always helps us out - especially if you can wait til 2026ish.

Maybe you’re just poopey because it’s not a bro’d out extension of the squadron anymore?
I was with you until the last line. Bitter much? Do you really think the battle lines are between mil and non-mil? Show me on the doll where the military pilot hurt you jackryan.

Good observation, especially with a jackryan title which has no ties whatsoever to its owner obviously. Character was fictional so maybe it does make sense overall as he did get hurt by a military pilot.

I’m sorry, no disrespect here. I was a mil guy once upon a time. But some of us need to realize we can push back against our employer, unlike a previous life when we nodded and said “yes sir.” But, my issue is that some of us just want it to stay that way, even after mil life.

Fortunately, a lot of the newer guys realize this.

YMMV, but in my limited observations the push for yes on TA1 or a similar and rushed TA1.1 is more from management types and those about to walk out the door. I.e. folks who won't be living under the sub-par pay and QOL gives that TA1 brought. While it seems reasonable to say that mil folks are used to and willing to salute smartly and execute the mission despite poor leadership, I have not observed that personally here.

Hey Jack - I'm gonna bet you are one of the "newer" guys you speak of. You joined APC in June23. And please don't give us the BS you used to be in the mil a long time ago - you're like 28 years old.

Tuck's just using deductive reasoning and you question the manner in which he provides it. Wrong or right it's not the relentless "narrative" you're pushing or spun it into as you say yadda, yadda, yadda. Say it again maybe it will make it right that's definitely a strategy, but experience will always outweigh theory every time. Either way I don't think Tuck gives a darn. In fact he probably prefers you just said thank you and be on your way.

*New blood, young blood, old blood can be good can be bad the final outcome has yet to be seen although it seems to be leaning in the company's favor. Either way your working together already and have a common goal for better. Your arena has changed drastically and you have an obvious antagonizer squeezing for every last $. Go get better!
