Do we still have a seniority based system? Seems like it is who ever can scam the system the most gets the best seniority. Zero unity here.

The FX bid system needs to change and match what other airlines do. A new hire shouldn't be able to hold 777 while a person senior can't bid the 777 because there are no bids. But then again, there is no unity at FX.

If you had a backbone and fought for scope as “it should be” then guys wouldn’t be getting displaced as you think they should be to enhance shareholder value.

A lot of dudes cannot handle being in the right seat. FE must have been intolerable for them.

If they keep the shrinkage going here right seat is going to be the only option, expecially if you don't want to kill yourself flying the new optimized schedules. Add in a dose of finanical despair, no future, and rug pulled on retirement.
