Use your fatigue call. There’s no need to justify yourself over the phone; fatigue is fatigue. If further explanation is necessary, do so in the fatigue report.

If a Duty Officer contacts you, record the conversation and submit it as part of a DART. The continued pressure being placed on us is unacceptable, and many of us have had enough.

The final paragraph in the recent PD update regarding PFC is not only dismissive but feels as out of touch as the suggestion for us to take the mighty PSA offer. It’s disappointing to see that level of disconnect from someone who should understand the realities of this job.

This crew force is (okay, maybe not everyone) deathly afraid of PBS. I'm curious to see if bartering happens where a notable pay rate increase happen in exchange for PBS.

There's so much that needs to be fixed. But senior guys have ensured us we will have more negotiation cycles to fix these things. As long as they get their pension bump on the way out.
The Senile Majority always found it acceptable to stay out 80 hours more, cuz hey the squadron needs it! And it’s $$$. Willing to sell their souls for any pension bump.

It still baffles me that the last 3 contracts were so concessionary, nothing ever got fixed or improved as the pax and even UPS got better contracts. I know you can’t salad bar all the issues you want, but overall we never have bothered to follow the rising tides of the other boats. I remember reading the openers for this failed TA, and thinking “this is it? This is all you wanted?” then when DL/UA/AA all lobbed their new numbers “surely they’ve moved the chains for us”. No, PM does not speak for me, in his khaki 80’s blazer.

With Fred gone, can’t wait to see what the next act in their playbook is. I’d appreciate it if PD could set up his flow program to several regionals so we’d have more flexibility than sitting RA/RB for the rest of our lives, wondering when we can bid to the triple. But hey thanks for all you do!

I have seen plenty of blue line specials with he junior crowd. Nice job trying to divide up the crew force. Must be a management shill.

You are so out of touch with our last three contracts verses the majors. They took it up the ..s while we had to fight to get improvements. Another false statement by a company plant.

LOL. This is the best you could do after taking a 5 day APC hiatus? Or was it a ban? Or just a really good nap.

Watch the latest unscripted. It is clear that management tipped off the SM about us being Iced, before they even left the room.

It sickens me that the NMB has apparently chosen the company's side, instead of being the neutral mediator they should be.

You're so not picking up on how FDX works. They will happily give you the top pay in the industry for PBS - providing that they can set the parameters so that they save more than enough money for it to cost them less than nothing. That's the only way. If they agree to a PBS construct you can bet that we're on the losing end of it and our QOL will take a huge hit.

It's not PBS in particular that we're "scared" of. It's the FACT that any major change historically WILL involve a hidden interpretation, predetermined by FDX, that will result in catastrophic damage to us. That is why those of us who have been around here for awhile aren't interested in cracking open the patient's chest in any area - the doctor usually starts drinking the blood.

Why is anyone answering a call from an unfamiliar number when they are already fatigued? Why would you continue that call for more than two seconds if you did? Just tell them you will call them back at the duty desk.

900 Million give back by the union at the last NMB meeting and that wasn't enough? Now its about fatigue calls.? Well the junior guys are the majority, TC is gone. Yep, senior guys were wrong, now its up to the junior majority, but wait, thats on hold now. So another 3 months, 6 months? You can't blame the senior guys anymore, its in the junior majority hands now.

It baffles me that you have no clue how hard FX pilots fought for every contract. The last contract had FX pilots at the top of the pay scale. But maybe, you, and everyone else who flew extra during covid and negotiations had no clue how that would affect a TA. Guys sold their soul and now ***** about a TA.
