Just because you want to know about it is as far off as you can get from them just giving you the data.

if the union wants this for something the company is going to put a cost on it, if they will even give it out.

Union needs to put pressure on the company to ensure they are following the contract for draft calls. To easy for the schedulers to call the IC’s who they know will always say yes.I have complained about this for years.

And between flight status and commercial apps we could source the outcome of all those flights. I'm not smart enough to do it, but we have the builders of FxCal, BidX, and Acrobid on our team. I'm sure with a little $$ and motivation we could have a pretty good idea of operational status.

Agree, which is why I propose using data they can't hide. They gotta list trips and flights. They gotta file flight plans.

Seems like we finally are...at least on order of calls.

There was an email sent out to the instructors yesterday afternoon with a lengthy list of trips that needed to be covered. They were asking for reinforcements to help out the operation.

Last night was a sh!t show with wet runways and crosswinds gusting from 29 to 37kts at times. One runway ops off RWY 27 for most of the AM launch this morning.

Many flights delayed at the gate for 2-3 hours.

I'm not sure what we'd do with the info. But I think it's helpful to know the health of your company's planned operations. Just like it's helpful to know if scheduling is following the contract with DRAFT call order, etc.

Dozens of cancelations due to WX is one thing, dozens CX due to lack of staffing in an "overstaffed" 4.a.2.FU timeframe is something else entirely.

It may also help ICs make more union supporting decisions, but I wouldn't count on it.
The company’s pure desire to punish the pilots into submission under the guise of DRIVE savings have them making things up as they go on a hourly basis. They change gauge. They send pilots back to the sleep rooms into “STBY”. That’s not even in the CBA. Tina has mismanaged displacements and system bids. Say I’m incorrect? Why did the Airbus have 56 hour FO lines in Oct and 97 hour lines in Nov? Nothing to see here!! We suck so bad. I’m glad they’re melting down. The can suck on a lollipop. I looked back at my 6 month of 60 hours pay and I know how they treated me this year. Now, Peak is arriving and I hope they get the same treatment back from the pilots they pretend to support.

I hope guys find themselves in PFC, click VIPS SITE INDEX scroll down to the bottom of the page and then click “YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO”.

We're going to see the same for B3, B6 and B11, assuming B6 can pick a date for the November meeting.

I want a contract that is an undeniable win for our pilots. With union members, especially some on the MEC, operating this way, that’s not going to happen. We’re on track for a repeat of C2015.You’ll see.

And unlike others, I'll be the first to admit I was wrong. But I'm not.
In JG’s reposes on Jetflers and his videos he admitted to the multiplier. That would’ve generated a no vote and was dragging things out as he tried to reach industry standard numbers with other areas of the contract. Getting a new NC was necessary to obtaining a ratifiable TA. I did the math on that multiplier and it was the equivalent of a 1 time $391,000 bonus for just those over 60 with 25+ years on property. Please explain how it’s fair to give the richest pilots on property that bonus?

Maybe if they had the airline staffed appropriately and we’re managing reserves appropriately. Begging instructors to fly. That’s a game plan.

Bubs, Wound a little tight. You aren’t going to make it to the end if you think you are going to tell other departments how to do their jobs. They don’t care what you think. Worry about yourself.
