If the issue is with E3 Visa pilots, then it’s absolutely not a corner case to mention the ‘89 Pilots’ Dispute. The use of scab labor (with fast-track Australian CITIZENSHIP, granting of Australian licences without training or validation) destroyed the airline career path in Australia. It’s the reason so many Aussie pilots embrace the opportunity to come to the US. They’re paid the same as us, so hardly “cheap labor from third world countries”.
Not that many would, but US pilots can (& have) flown in Australia on the local and less restrictive 457 Visa so it’s not a one way street.

So, I should be content sitting here as this company has proven to be anything BUT what they promised? How invested am I now? Sure I'll just pick up and start over. Ive been misled here for close to 5 years that the carrot of a contract is right around the corner. Whatever. Everyone knows the story. You don't like me talking smack against the THE GREAT AND WONDERFUL FEDSUX? Seriously, you love coming here to see what they've taken from your quality of life next? DRIVE IT TO THE GROUND! Maybe you haven't spoken to anyone that flew the last 2 weeks at this dumpster fire. There's more stability at Air Venezuela than this operation.

Five years in? Unless you retired as a 30-year O6+ I'd consider DL or UA.
FDX doesn't seem to have a dire need to recruit or retain, as their business model is shifting? So no urgency on their part to hand you guys a good deal?
Pendulum will swing back eventually, but how much time do you have to wait it out?

Our (Atlas) profit margins have tripled since we fired JD and the market rates have been relatively flat.
