There are still a few left from the last pass board who have not interviewed, and even a few who have not even tested yet. So far, interviews and testing have not resumed in 2013. The pool of those waiting for a class is around 12-14. Size and selection of each class does not appear to be done until 2-3 weeks before first monday of the month new hire indoc dates. There is 75 bid that comes out next week. The Fedex fiscal year ends in May.
Maybe they go 6/6 in March/April for new hires.
Maybe bid/fiscal year plan makes it 0/12.
Maybe they just hunker down and do no more new hire classes.
Maybe they decide to have another board and get more in the process.
Not sure anybody really knows. Maybe one guy does.
Not that it impacts me, just an interested observer of the profession.
