FedEx Interviews and Class Dates
#981
Dragon,
Would your company let you out of your rotation early to go test/interview? How flexible are they regarding that? I'm guessing they would be a bit upset. Let's say you get the email to go test just a couple of weeks into your 60-day overseas sked... I also wonder if FedEx allows you to push a testing date out until you return.

i have waited a REALLY long time for this call, but the Fedex e-mail said do not quit or endanger your current job, we will get you in to test. i think some others were in same boat too; i asked for a later date and they were very helpful. i think my company would send me home early if i pushed it, but it would be a one way ticket.
It will work out one way or another.

In my opinion, based on observation from my limited view, the special cases have been considered and selection is now based more on the numbers driven rack and stack. Corrected by selection board.
Maybe wrong, but i think currency was very important.
Good luck.
