Seems to be only 12 new numbers on the seniority list this week.

So far we have been going over all the Delta tech and cognitive stuff, Emerald Coast stuff and Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot, Ace the Technical Interview and all the HR and Tech questions on the Aviation Interviews.com site.

What other resources do you think would be helpful? I'd love to help and if anyone has recently interviewed or is interviewing soon please PM me. We would be most grateful and share all the current gouges we have collected thus far.

Thanks for your help!

That is already too much stuff. The Delta info and the Emerald info is golden. I also used the Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot and i nooked the Ace the technical interview. Mainly I used the Delta study info.

Passed

Good luck

I thought 4314 was the previous caboose. That would make 22 line guys in the June class.

Must have been added in two chunks.
Earlier today it was 4226.
Now says 4336.
So does look like 22 new numbers.

Default Pass Board

Anyone know the ins and outs of the review board? How many applications they are looking at how long until they are calling? What do they look for?

Thanks

What the company is really looking for in prospective new-hires is, in order of priority:

1) An inherent willingness to accept management authority, whether right or wrong, contractual or not, legal or illegal.
2) An ability to get along with fellow crew members on extended trips. For a new hire, this means appropriately dealing with the Captain, whether or not that person happens to be a member of the Association, or a total #%-hole.
3) Having documented experience as a certificated pilot, and fogging a mirror on a flight physical.
4) One's actual ability to fly an airplane and make good independent decisions in regard to the safe conduct of a flight.

The wiser interview preparation people will provide much sharper guidance, but it may be worthwhile to keep the preceding thoughts in mind if you are called for an interview.

By the way, say yes to an FDA. Disregard the fine print. Pay your dues to get in the door.
