You guys are funny....15 percent. We will be lucky if they threw 5% for the first year across the table.

I say, if there are any concessions, I don't care how much money they throw at us - it is still a NO vote from me!
True, although I expected free IPAD Air 2 along with a TA.

Can we add in some/many productivity and efficiency improvements for the company?

I don't feel like I am working enough days per month here

[scarcasm off]

Nope, but they may let you keep your company issued IPAD 4 when they issue the new Surface tablet!

Ipad Air 2 is coming in the fall.

Maintenance gets our old ones. No option for you to buy it.

Rumor from the school house.

FedEx employs over 4000 maintainers? And if you lose one right now, how much does it cost you to get a new one from the company?

I think you guys deserve 20% on signing, full retro pay and 5% every year until a new contract is signed. In that way, your company would gain nothing from stalling another contract.

All well and good, if you can threaten to strike if you don't get the company to agree. The national politics of labor relations seems to preclude the option of going all the way to lock out/strike. Since labor is (usually) the only one diminished by stalling on new T&C's, managements are happy to sit on their hands as the NMB forces both sides to endless negotiate under the pretense that there is still hope to find common ground.

The true way to find common ground is to allow both sides the ability to take the process to the abyss.
