The correct terminology is "Or is it Membrain and Felegein?"

The ALPA Q&A website is there to answer question but also is biased towards a yes vote. The MEC passed the TA on to us and has also told the 4 MEC dissenting voters that they are not invited to the road shows. You can only assume they want this to pass!

As a new guy welcome to APC Foxden. You are starting off pretty well like many new posters here.

If your intent is to discredit and shut down discussion by folks on here that have good reason to have a skeptical view of Company motives, you are not alone. Your ad hominen labeling will find a place here in the hearts of some.

I look forward to your future posts of unquestionable integrity.

Oh, nice way to introduce yourself. Attacking the integrity and professionalism of people is a great tactic that requires no reference to facts. If we disagree with the Flight Pay Loss mindset, it must be a character flaw, right?

Care to identify yourself and explain the basis for your accusations?

The way I read it is any sim done on reserve or vto is voluntary, and limited to one per duty period.

That's the way I read it too, but it's definitely something to clarify. I don't want to support sims (or have a reserve support me). We all prep for these sims and I can't say I would provide the top notch support that the regular instructors provide. I believe you can pass on the assignment and they go to the next reserve. I believe the last guy can say no also.

A great question for tomorrow.
