Not to start thread creap. We have a very good chance of getting Age 67 passed by the Senate in the next few months. Already passed the House. Please sign up on our website to get updates.

Now, we go a lot of places that are challenging so I get the aggressively safe culture.
I'm still doing IOE so I can't comment on line flying. I think it will be good. Lots of changes in what you're doing from day to day but everything is well organized and you have your flight plans, hotels and catering lined up. No "Biz Hero Activated" here. Some days are long--today was an extended duty day. But, my check airman says they try to give you an easy day following to make up for it.
I just want to be free from the clutches of training, get on my 8/6 schedule and get on with my life. Meeting other Flex pilots on the road has been very positive. It's a good environment.
Stay in touch and let me know what you're looking at when you leave AA.

The training is like old school AA. Lots of memory items and briefing. Very thorough but more "complex" than current AA training and ops.

How is it spam when responding to someone who says they want to consider fractional flying as they are coming up on airline retirement. When I then provide details on the very real possibility of age 67.
Would you rather continue at 500K plus a year and an additional 16/17/18 percent in company retirement contributions for two more years vs a fractional new hire position?
I have just as much right to be on this forum as you. I am helping several friends looking at FlexJet. I just provided information to someone on this forum who may have not known about what I posted.
Back to you “loser”.

yeah. No one asked you about age 67. And age 67 sucks ass. "not to start thread creep" were your exact words.

Your opinion which you’re entitled too. However I’m entitled to mine as well.
Junior, whether you like it or not Age 67 will happen at some point. Then as we collect data. Age 68 or 70 and or no age like Australia and New Zealand (today for the last ten years or so) will eventually happen.
Today in Australia and New Zealand over age 65 pilots fly though ICAO airspace between each other’s countries through bilateral agreements.
Your “entitled” generation is gonna have to learn to pay their dues like the rest of us did.
Have a great day.

Meh. Your assumptions about "your generation" and "junior" and "Paying dues" are a little off;
and I could have done better than "sucks ass" and "loser". I still oppose 67 but I am certainly guilty of making APC the dumpster fire it is. I should probably take a forum break and get my cool back. Sorry for lashing out. It's not my normal.
