So we're all in agreement - NJ pays their pilots somewhere between a ****-ton and a metric ****-ton more than Flexjet does?

Nothing has been officially released. From what I know SIC’s will see a pay increase along with the Phenom PIC pay scale. A lot of us here want to see a FDP pay scale similar to Netjets. I’m sure the threshold will be higher and a lot less hourly pay but it’ll be a great improvement on QOL and pilot productivity. I’m guessing in November we might see a company email about the proposals.

I don't know why anyone would go to Flexjet vs. Netjets at this point if given a choice. Netjets compensation schedule is considerably higher than Flex's.
