Default 121to FJ

I was in the pool at UPS, but they never called. i just did a phone interview with you guys. I have 10yrs ATC, 5yrs at a regional, and 2yrs on the 320 in the left seat. My question is: Are you all happy? How is retirement? Should I consider FJ or a major?

Unless you're at Spirit, I'm not sure of a really compelling reason why someone would leave the left seat of an Airbus to go to a fractional.

To answer, should you go to a legacy, I say yes. Not sure if it's quite that easy these days, but that's a discussion for a different thread.

just go and keep updating your legacy apps until one calls. They will.
regarding which one is better (frax or legacy), no one leaves a legacy to go frax (raw data).

Spirit Captain, gonna be getting downgraded. Have apps out with the Legacies but no luck yet. Clean training record, but got a DUI 7 years ago, any one know what the timeline they are looking for since receiving a DUI?

Pay scale is not accurate. First year FO is 751 daily, 2nd year FO is 785. $150 + is easy first year, more can be made if you want to work more.

Upgrade on Phenom is around 8 months
Upgrade on challenger or Preator is 18 months or so

ummmmm no. Phenom upgrade is up to about 10-12 months. Praetor/Challenger is looking like it’s going to be 3+ years. $150+ is accurate.

If you take the Phenom 300 upgrade how long is the seat lock?

2 years unless you get an ILC (Gulfsteam) position, then they can waive it. They will not waive it for DRL (Praetor and Challenger) which I believe is a 3 year seat lock.
