Are schedules still 8/7 nowadays for everybody? Does Flex have any add'l websites or profiles you need to make or just apply through the main company site?

I like some of the reality posts. 100 k first year seems over exaggerated
when running the numbers. what are typical duty days like in these mid-sized jets? are they coast to coast?

I used to work at Flex before moving onto my dream job. It is definitely not hard to break 100k as a first year FO (upgrades run about a year from date of hire)
