Lloyd has it right. Remember the name Frank Lorenzo? In the fractional world, it’s Ken Ricci. Run, Run, Run away. Don’t walk, Run!Originally Posted by LloydBraun
I only spent 17 years there so I guess I don’t really know much about the company. Ricci is a scumbag. Culture sucks. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
He has built his crewing schemes based on when pilots were begging for jobs; now, jobs beg for pilots. Don’t succumb to his lawyer speak.
I once met a used car salesman I trusted more than KR and his cronies ...
I'm working on an apples to apples comparison for NJA and Flex, but in the mean time I have a question about the 8/7 schedule at Flex. You will recall management's comments on yammer about those extra days pilots on 8/7 have to work without being paid in the seam period between bids. They said "We want to do the right thing and pay pilots for their extra days of work, but the union won't let us! If their wasn't a restrictive contract tying our hands, we could pay them." So are pilots on the 8/7 being paid for seam days now? Or is that just another management lie? Smarterthanyou, can you or one of your other management accounts confirm that?

That's great. When does it start and is this published somewhere? Does everyone at Flex/Option get the raise or just Red Label? Hopefully this starts a fractional wage arms race. That would be good for everyone.Originally Posted by WiskeyTango
Not correct. New FO pay is listed as 85K for year 1-4.

NJA is lightyears ahead of FLEX in every regard. Similarly, NJA is lightyears behind every major airline in every regard. But, someone has to be the median.Originally Posted by Blutarsky

JMO, you post like you work at Flex on this thread, but post like you work at NJ on another. Which is it? Some of us like accurate first hand information.
