I already have 4 yrs of college...mainly business and my employer whom I have been with for 12 yrs insist that if I want to fly for them that it is not necessary to have my degree in aviation yet I assume since I am paying for the rating(s) why not get college credit for it at the same time.
First off your original college is good enough for anything aviation related. But if you do want an Aviation degree anyways UVSC is a good choice but yes you would still have to pay your instructor. I instruct for UVSC at there main campus now and none of my students tuition goes to pay me. It is all extra.

Which one did you go to? It took a lot of time and motivation to make myself sit at my comptuer and read lectures and notes from these classes for 4 years. Saved a TON of money and was able to work on top of it so I graduated DEBT FREE. Can you tell me everything you learned in college that you paid top dollar for .... doubt it....at least I won't feel as bad having to re-look something up again later if I don't remember it....at least I'll never have to work in an actual drive through to pay back my student loans.
