Default dash 8 or KA 350 type on the GI bill?

I have a friend that needs to get a -8 type. He has the 9/11 GI bill. Anyone know a place? He called Flight Safety and was told that's not one of their VA courses.

Also I am thinking about a KA type/ATP this winter. Same deal would like to us VA to pay for it.
