my "o" face,
Since you mentioned you're competitive for the FO slot, if you don't mind me asking... what are your quals (TT, jet time, PIC, type ratings)? I'm also hoping for an FO slot.
Thanks.

Thanks myoface,
Anyone else out there with an interview coming up for an FO slot, or already under contract, who could post their quals? Time to interview? Time to ground school?
Thanks again.

I'm glad you guys are getting interviews. I have applied through both agencies and have yet to get an interview scheduled.

cactusone,
Do you remember how long after you submitted your app you were called for an interview? PARC or CReW?
Just trying to get an idea if I will get a call sometime soon.
Thanks.

Guys I know it can be a very frustrating process and wait to get in here.. (AJV)

A few things to keep in mind: We have guys here from ATA, Aloha and ABEX, so when those companies began to fail, we pushed to help these guys get interviews. Then, many more companies went into the toilet, and the number of applications went way up! Some guys are getting an interview quite quickly (usually recommended) and for some others, it is taking a long time. There are also guys who have interviewed successfully, and have not yet been given classes. I guess the good news is that as of today, we are still in a growth mode, and receiving more planes.. Try to be patient... I know that is easy to say..
Also, don't get hung up about times.. It seems that the backgrounds here span a wide spectrum.. I just read that we have a new hire that is 24!! We have Captains that came from the RJ (policy has now changed) and FOs with international wide-body and Command experience. My point, if you meet the mins, you should get a shot for interview.. The interview (Sim and Med) are EVERYTHING.

Hope this helps...!

Thanks.
About a month from app to interview with HACS, PARC only contacted me after I told them I was going with HACS lol.

I am happy to report I got my official offer for the March class (FO spot). My family and I are thrilled and relieved.

FWIW, I interviewed in early November, got the call from Dr. Craig at the beginning of December, no medical re-tests, so about 8 weeks from interview to offer. Hope this helps.

TT 9,400
Currently on the 757/767
