Does anyone know what the Type Rating (training contract) is for NetJets by chance and if it's pro-rated as well?

Unless you're prior military, 3000 is no where near competitive for a Major. The TPIC would probably get you looked at by an LCC, but not a Major. Plus, they like to hire people from a 121 background so it is incredibly difficult to get hired without going to a Regional first.
