Agreed, that’s why we are suing ALPA for unfair duty of representation. May 11 is the next deadline on the FAA Bill, hopefully it will not be extended again. Our sources tell us one way or the other the FAA Bill will be completed during this Congressional session that ends this year.

Enough of the thread drift. I would seriously check out FlexJet. There are presently hiring a significant amount of recently retired 121. They appear to be a top notch outfit. Best of luck.

Not sure the current pulse, but with the mild slow downs across the industry, I'd say their needle is leaning more towards the 1200 hr 135 mins again.

It's a great place to work. Good luck.

Any advice on how to get an app pulled by PlaneSense? I’ve applied three times over the years, updated resumes a bunch of times, and never gotten a call back.

Now at over 1900TT with nearly 500 single engine turbine, all PIC. I’ve had an app in for a little over a month now.

I recently interviewed with NetJets in person and waiting to hear, but with them tightening up who they’re hiring I’m trying to keep more options open. I’d love to get in the fractional world.

Currently the plan is no new hire classes over the summer. That means about 80 pilots will be hired this year and they have about 2000 applications on file. As we are slightly short of Captains preference is given to those with at least 1200 hours. However if you are recommended by a current Plane Sense pilot they will hire if you have 700 hours. Also all during the interviews the simulator flying is now done in the PC-12 FTD.

Why are you applying to begin with? PSI is a great place to get the experience you already have. Go to NetJets, FlexJets, or an airline.

Oh well, they made it clear. They are no longer accepting new applications till October.
