Yessir. I sent mine in a few days ago.
If you haven't received the confirmation email, just give them a call.
I thought that my .pdf file didn't save properly and I sent in a mostly blank application. I called and spoke with the woman who emailed me the application and she was super friendly and helpful. Turns out my sent folder just didn't save or display the information but they got it just fine.

Sent the original one from a PakMail shipment center so didn't have email record on my end.
