I've heard talks of this going away. Any signs of that while you were there? In what stages does the pay move up for F/O's?

There is no sign of the training agreement going away, not if there are guys willing to sign it. I had already resigned from my position and found out about it day one of indoc. The pay moves up each year for FO’s, but not really any thing significant.

I see... It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I’m sitting on my hands at the moment, interview next week and another interview the following week (other ones another 135 carrier that most people know about). Trying to weigh my options on this end.

I interview almost two weeks ago, got the offer call for the X this week. Great people and culture, just wasn't right for me. If the two year contract and pay were different......

Thanks! I interviewed around the same time too, probably at the same event in Irvine, but haven't heard anything yet. Guess it's not going to happen if they've already started calling. Oh well, i'm fairly low time so it was great to have been granted an interview in the first place.

Yeah the contract needs to go. That was hurting out recruiting efforts when I was there. The lay also needs to come up for the FO side, bottom line. I will definitely miss all the people I flew with, second to none for sure. I wanted to stay, but it wasn’t in the cards.
