Will these be bases that the crews are expected to live at? Or will they be a “traditional airline style base” where the crews could commute from home to base?
I don’t live at either of these places but I do have family at both LAS and PHX. Will the schedules will be good for a commuter pilot?

Dress well, be approachable. Interview consistents of mainly WWYD, TMAAT and a technical consisting of JEPPs (briefing and understanding arrivals, departures and approaches), weather, and potentially 135 regs... Simple stuff if you made it to the interview THEY WANT TO HIRE YOU NO TRICKS, you will have a point in the interview where you get partnered up with someone and are asked to work together through an emergency. No sim eval. Good luck!
