Can you provide more details? How many airframes, etc?

Are these Qatar Executive owned aircraft? I know Qatar Airways/Executive is an investor in JetSuite and has ordered G500s for worldwide charter.

You are correct. Company says we will have 2 airframes by September and expectations of more coming.

DO NOT SHARPEN YOUR TEETH FOR THESE... THIS IS STILL VERY EARLY IN THE PROCESS AND I AM A SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT KIND OF PILOT. UNTIL I SEE OUR CREWS IN THE FLIGHTDECK ON A TRIP IT IS A MYTH.

with that being said... The current facts are 3 of our crews have been shipped off to training.

Interesting. Sounds like a typical Qatar Airways Strategy - they make a big order for new airplanes and then they spread them around their affiliates at probably decent lease rates (after launch order discount). Qatar is doing the same thing with 49%-owned Air Italy and leasing them some of their ordered 737-MAX (now grounded) and internally-sourced A330s.

Are the crews training on the G500 from the Legacy 650 charter operation (not JetSuiteX) or from the Phenom fleet? Good for them! Would be an awesome airplane to fly!

Going from a Phenom to a G500.....better get a mental scope of how much airplane you’re dealing with! Your 45 by 45 ft airplane just went to 100 by 100.
Gonna be a great type to add

God I hope not. They’ve dangled the Gulfstream carrot for over a year now. If someone at JS does fly the Gulfstream for the Phemom rates they are doing themselves, their fellow pilots, and the industry a disservice.

I had heard rumors of a separate payscale for the G500s but have not seen one yet.

Any clue of what it will be? Any word on how many G500 they will add and will these be operated by Inc under the same livery?
