HBC is in *far* worse shape than Cessna is right now.
And have ya heard about Cessna's super-duper secret new type mockup in the ICT service center? Imagine if the Fatation and Excel had a love child that was born in Sao Paulo.

Well, as far as I know they have had one Q of losing money in the past bunch of years, and they were not alone. The future for Cessna isn't blinding, but it is certainly bright enough to stay in business.
Regardless, CA voting in the IBT certainly has not changed Cessna's financial outlook. This should be a separate thread IMO.

However, if you're talking about Cessna itself not losing $$$, maybe. CA has been bleeding for 10+ years. At least that's what SO kept telling us.

That being said, I sincerely wish all of you CA pilots the best.
The direction that CA is moving is far from good and it's not looking any better down the road. Major consolidation/shedding happening right now and in the future. They're trying to stop the bleeding, but it's delaying the inevitable.

Respectfully, whatever cloud you're on, I'd like to live on it too.

Well, the second shoe dropped, and I agree it doesn't sound good. Even so, as I said before, this has nothing to do with the union and should be in a seperete thread.

No mas fractional flying amigos, strictly charter and jet management. The letter from the CEO pretty much sent out a vibe that has the pilot group in full blown panic. Of course, rumors are abound and they aren't pretty. The main one being a substantial layoff. I've heard as much as about half of the group. Cocktail anyone? We're gonna need a few of 'em.
