As far as meetings with other companies, the pilot group is pretty much kept in the dark. All of us hope it is for the better. It is a good company but has problems like any other. It's not offensive. Step 1 internal rec. Step 2 get call for interview. Step 3 have a great interview. Step 4 get call for class date. It's just like another company after you fly for a few months. The trans cons will get long after the first few. Xo makes money on the long haul flights. the manegmant is good, they will buy planes if they can make money on the purchase and flight segments that best suits them.

Anybody know how many more they are looking to hire this year? Is it continued hiring for the foreseeable future or are you guys properly staffed? I have a buddy that works there that wrote me a LOR and was wondering the prospects of a phone call.
