The schedules are pretty chill:
2/3 days max per week to the same airports. Some guys bored to death. An occasional 4 trips a week with some pilots having been recalled or moved on. No overnights unless a temporary staffing shortage dictates. Not bad for captains pulling 90K & a solid schedule! Each base has it's own personality. A former XO guy who transferred to the commuter side at one of the bases didn't like the atmosphere there & wanted a return to the XO side. Was rejected. West coaster when hired. Interestingly, some east coasters who were hired east coasters have chosen the two week schedule to move out west. BUT, they have to pay out of their own pockets commuting to work & back as a result.

Is XO jet currently hiring.
I fly 121 for a Delta Connection Carrier Regional on a CRJ200.
have 2400TT 961 Turbine 451 TPIC CL65 Type Rating
I haven't heard anything have applied 2x over the past 6 months.
Are my hours just not competitive?

XOJET is currently hiring into a pool pretty much for attrition only right now. A friend of mine just got on with these guys and said internal recs and living on the east coast is everything. Also, very much a customer service oriented company, so customer service experience and experience dealing with executives and high profile customers is just as important as flight time and type ratings. Flying is only a fraction of the job is the way he put it to me.
