There aren't specific company bases. The majority of cities most people live in are approved for a base unless it's super remote with like 2 flights a day in and out.

Can anyone at XOJET explain to me the Flex schedule? Currently working in the 121 world. Averaging 16-18 days off a month. I have an interview with XOJET and would like to know if it’s possible to get these many days off at this company. Thanks !

I hope you find a position that works for you. I have met a few XO crews on the road and they have been happy with the job despite somewhat lowish pay relative to the types flown...

By definition, the Flex18 schedule aims to work you an average of 18 days per month. Some months will be less, some will be more.

If it's time off you want, an 8/6 schedule might be better. On the other hand, the flex guys get more $$ because you work more days throughout the year. If you're looking for time off, might want to consider staying where you're at.

Are their any XOJET pilots that live in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area? I have some questions about applying as a first officer. I would be more than happy to compensate your time with lunch and a beverage. Please feel free to PM me.

Just got an email from XO asking for availability for a phone interview with a line pilot.
Anyone mind shooting me a PM with what to expect from the initial phone interview, as well as what to expect at the "technical" skype interview?
Any help would be appreciated.

Ricks cabaret and you are on. Make sure to bring $300 in singles, however.
