They should send you an e-mail the day of the phone screening confirming that the time you provided is still good. Then, if memory serves, they will give you a one hour window in which they will call. First interview is pretty laid back. There's some standard questions that they have to check the box on and some "tell me about a time when...", but for the most part it's pretty conversational.

I moved on to the tech screen and passed that as well. I was offer an interview in Sacramento during the tech screen. Great experience overall.

I did the phone interview was well. The Recruiter was great. Easiest conversation I've had with an interviewer to date i think. I'm excited for the next portion. However, i forgot to ask about 1 crucial thing about XO: How to guys fair with family life?
