Re: XOJet Globals.
I read about the transfer from VJ to XO. Are they going to be on the same 8/6 schedule as XO, or will they remain on the 17/13? I am guessing that they will go senior, but would it be a normal seniority based ‘upgrade’ similar to NB to WB at a legacy?
Thanks!

Headed out next week for an interview. Looking for any help with what to expect from a written test standpoint? What kind of questions, any big “gotcha” questions etc.
Thanks a bunch to anyone who can help!

Unless it’s changed in the last month. There is no written test. Only the cognitive test which you there is no study for. It wasn’t bad.

Nothing really tricky. You’re not competing with/against the others. You’re there to be interviewed and hopefully do well. Questions are generally changed up each panel, and customized for each candidate.
Relax, be yourself, and enjoy the time.

No written test for the on-site interview. The day starts with a tour of the operation. There will be the cog screen test, which there’s no real studying/practicing for. Then there are 2 panel interviews. One panel is a pair from HR asking customer service type questions. The other panel will be whichever pilot recruiter is in that week, plus someone from chief pilots office. They’ll be asking technical questions, judging your thought processes in scenarios, etc. And there’s a break mid-day where lunch will be catered in and everyone can sit down, take a break, and chat.
