What is the actual count these days?

Ask on Tuesday and the answer on thursday is different. Somewhere between 70-80. Virtually no one is free from a training contract right now. So we have a better shot at making it than we did last year. I think all but 2 or 3 pilots have a training contract right now.

So the answer you are looking for is about 15-20 pilots in the next 6 months. Or 3 a month. Doable, but last October was the begining of a large attrition. So a lot of our pilots have training contracts ending in Nov.

Good cahnce it will happen, but they gave themselves an out. So don't count your chickens.

A few a left and they have hired many more. How many have left in the last 6 months compared to new hires?
How can you doubt that they will make it to 92 pilots.

Gonna keep the faith on this one... Airshare is not a company to put something in writing /policy unless they are pretty close to positive that they will do it IMHO.

Hello. I'm interested in flying with EAS. My total time is over 1400. I work as a Cfi/cfii/mei in New York. Can someone please explain to me whether this company has a one year contract you must sign and how is it.
Thank you alot

Any new hire or current employee who goes through an initial training event will sign a training agreement.
The amount equals the cost of the training event and is prorated daily. It's a pretty standard type of training agreement like you would find at other companies.
BUF would be great if there are any open positions.
1500TT is the min for SICs. Have you already applied?

The 12days on and 3 off I know the answer is again in this forum. So are they saying that the 3 days you wouldn't be on call?

Those three days off mean you can do whatever you like, drink beer and keep your phone off, because you are off.

Rememeber that during the 12 days there is a duty time and a rest time that you are notified of. That was you can drink beer during that 12 days (or soon to be 10!!)
