It's clear you'll have to figure it out for yourself, but the other '90%' just don't care enough to get on here and complain. If you choose to ignore the information the few of us that DO post are trying to give, then that's your choice.

It is actually your contention that 100% of the pilots would get on APC and complain?
You would cry foul if a pilot got on the forum and make the contention that 100% of the pilots were happy at EAS, but you feel justified that you can make such a statement yourself?

So for a pilot such as gvinflight who wants to work for EAS, why should he believe you over a pilot who comes on the forum and says that working at EAS isn't all that bad? Because that pilot doesn't know what he talking about but you do?

I find it to be a much better *argument* if you just post the facts (and you could even add your *opinions*) and let the other forum members decide for themselves.

Just a friendly suggestion from someone on the outside looking in.

Look on the portal in the company handbook or P&P manual.

Fair enough point. I'll stick to the informative fact based post I made several pages back from now on. My purpose in posting is to help others make informed decisions based on experience from someone (myself) who is currently living the reality here. Nothing more. I wish gvinflight the best of luck in whatever decision he makes.

We'll thanks. But I do understand your point and I thank you for the information that you give based on your knowledge and current feeling at and about EAS. The fact is that every company has their flaws and their methods of dealing with pilots. So many times people say look for quality of life. But the truth is that no company offers any better QOL than the next. Especially when you are new. So pilots need to look for future progression and stability and really find a company they can decide to spend the next 5, 10 or 15 years at. For some that is the airlines, and for others it is a fractional. It's all a roller coaster. The schedules get bad, then they get good again and eventually back to bad. It never ends and no one company has 100% satisfaction among its labor groups. I know what I'm looking for, and everyone else should know as well. If they don't, that is their problem, but looking for the perfect company and he perfect "job" is an endless journey with results that not everyone likes. Just my .02

Patience, research, networking and trial and error. In no particular order.
