short answer: No. long answer is they reduced pilot salaries by 25% last year and then gave back 25% of what they took from everyone back as a lump sum which was taxed like a bonus so basically worthless.

Does anyone in the know ever think the bases will expand more even with the ones announced today? Say like NYC/ATL?

Pay increases and bonuses ahead for AirShare Captains. Also more bases. Average increase in Captain's pay of 25% . Anyone type rated in the Phenom 300 can get a bonus for hiring on with AirShare.

The article mentions bonuses for pilots flying "over the standard 125 hours per month". WTF??

That is a typo. It’s 125 hrs per quarter. Years past pilots averaged around 450-600 hours. This year is closer to 600-800 depending on how much extra one chooses to work.

How much are pilots given their schedules in advance? Are trips assigned based on seniority? How does sitting on home standby work?
