Anyone have any idea what the potential status of a SAT FO spot opening up? Also, how is the QOL and job satisfaction for FOs?

Any current pilots willing to provide an update about their overall experience at Airshare? Interested in applying as an FO. Thanks in advance for any help.

Default Former employee experience

Happy to provide my experience. PM me. Something I’m happy to say on here is Airshare’s policies, pay, benefits and treatment of employees are well below industry standards and they relied far too much on Covid as an excuse to not have better benefits. Buying new planes while reducing pay by 25% to only give back 25% of what they took from employees is laughable at best. “$.50 on the dollar to 6% also known as 3% for IRA matching” is a joke. So are their vacation benefits.

This is all true sadly. Also looks like this will continue. Happy to answer questions via PM.

Is Airshare making the covid vaxx a condition of employment? Or are they allowing alternatives like testing and/or exemptions?

You’re better off at Netjets, FlexJet or XO. All offer better pay and benefits with no vax requirements

Default Airshare

Airshare is not making the covid vaccination a condition of employment. We offer an 8/6 schedule including an average of 20 nights at home per month. We are hiring Phenom 100 and 300 captains for our MKC, FTW and Buffalo bases. I would be happy to provide you with the actual details of being a part of the Airshare family.

Are the total time requirements for Captains, hard minimums? Or can they be waived? Also how are schedules determined on managed fleets?

Default Don’t believe 20 nights home-this is false

I don’t know why the company keeps telling people 20 nights at home. This just simply isn’t true. Airshare fractional fleets are overworked and underpaid. Always asked to work their days off and gone every night of rotations. Nearly everyone you talk to will tell you the only thing keeping them there is the paycheck until the move on. Airshare is not honest with their recruiting and promise things they don’t follow through with.

Question airshare

Is Airshare a finically sound company?

Does Airshare have a plan to improve pilot pay and benefits to make it more competitive with other fractionals so they can attract and retain pilots ?
