Frontier Negotiations Discussion
#1122
It was a good turnout, especially for our third picket. 194 Frontier Pilots, 10 offline Pilots, 10 Frontier FAs, 2 offline FAs, and one retired ATC.
Extra thanks to all the FAs and offline employees that came to lend support. I also saw quite a few that had commuted in just for the picket. Every elected union member that could make the trip was present; except one. Apparently the elected MCO secretary-treasurer had the day off and picked up an incentivized trip instead of coming out to walk, that guy can get fûčcked.

Guys, PLEASE be careful what you say. Here or elsewhere. We do NOT want to lose any credit with the NMB. If you have any issues or concerns, please be smart and contact your MEC and Negotiating team directly. They will make sure you are informed about what is or isn’t a good idea.

I think people just call it as they see it. Until the NMB proves otherwise, their mediation tactics have only shown us how heavily rigged this system is in the company’s favor. They won’t set an end-date after having passed the original goal of 29SEP set by McGuckin. Meanwhile it is costing each pilot in our group approximately six figures in pay and benefits each year. But why would anyone be upset about that?

Thanks to all that went to the picket. I was at the first two, but was flying my "awarded" trip for this one. Wished I was there.
Also, thanks to those, including that MCO rep, that chose self gratification over supporting their fellow employees. I'm sure y'all are the first to complain that the new CBA isn't here yet. Great job!!

I agree, the system is heavily rigged against labor. But doing things like singling people out for their personal choices stacks the deck against us even more. Seriously. It’s a REALLY bad idea. I say again, PLEASE talk to your reps, your negotiators, your P2P guys. They can tell you in excruciating detail just HOW BAD an idea it can be.
