^ This.
“Someone is going to do it, so it might as well be me” is a weak excuse for stepping on your fellow pilots for personal gain.
The 3 things that are needed to get a contract done according to ALPA are 1) A company that can afford to pay, 2) A strong pattern to bargain with, and 3) A unified pilot group. We’ve only got 2/3. Record attendance at a picket is great and all, but guess where it really matters?

I thought you kept your phone off while working in your shop? Sitting on Flica waiting for the latest incentivized trip to drop so you can call scheduling 1 second later is no way to spend your life. BTW, time to rescind LOA 65 and actually make crew scheduling do their job and call every pilot in accordance with VJA/JA.
Enjoy your summer!

The company is laughing all the way to the bank over our special children picking up incentivized flying. EVERY pilot on property would need to credit 110 hours per month to equal our last ask. A handful of pilots grabbing incentive is cheaper for Indigo - by far.

I’m actually impressed with how unified the Spirit pilots were. Not in the nuance of how they went about it, but actually banding together for a common cause.

Scheduling doesn't have the staffing to FOLLOW the VJA/JRA process without pilots' help.
