Scrapdaddy Please explain to me what you mean “ that sort of ignorance that got us in the position we are today”. Do you really fully understand all the intricacies that took place that actually allowed this airline to even still be around for you to have a job at? Please enlighten me.

When did you leave Mesa for Frontier?

You know what? It doesn't matter. You're kicked off my island, you nasty little fella.

I’ve budgeted to live comfortably on what I’m making with the current contract. We can afford to drag this process out longer than Indigo can. The market determines what our labor is worth, not BB. I expect to be compensated the same as every other U.S. 320 pilot doing the type of flying F9 does. Do not be afraid to vote no. Half of our pilot group is in their early 30s or younger. This contract is going to set the tone for every other negotiation we engage in over the rest of our careers for the next three decades. We don’t want to be playing on a field tilted against us every 5 years. Stand up for yourselves!

I absolutely agree with you. The next offer may actually come fairly quickly... just a personal opinion, but the growth plans and deliveries compounded by the lack of new applicants would be the cause of that.
