I’m wondering what your union leadership is doing here. Either they believe y’all would pass this with some margin. Or, they are floating the AIP to gather additional intel and the Reps vote it down to not become a TA. Or, they want to send a message to management; passing this on to you, and you subsequently vote it down by a large margin would send a message. Either way, stay engaged with your reps and if possible the NC. They are a wealth of information that you should definitely tap.

Good luck!

Ive had this exact thought. They have been literally handcuffed by the NMB, who will not allow more than an X percentage total raise in one contract, or who buys into the BS ‘peer group’ argument. They have gone as far as the gubment will allow. The only option left is to turn it over to the pilots and hope we will pick up the ball and demand what we deserve. This group has a reputation for bailing the company out every time, though. Praying that it doesnt backfire as there are still some guys - inexplicably - celebrating this news.

Exactly. I dont need a roadshow to tell me this is ridiculously low, and I stand to receive the theoretical largest share possible.

After our override has been added in the rates are basically identical.

I am at the 12+ year level and I am a solid NO.

That’s a reasonable request. All three threads are now merged here.
