We all need to hear from our unions leadership.

We need to hear what our NC has to say during roadshows.

That's what I'm waiting for. Full disclosure, I'm leaning yes, just trying to help the definate no's formulate an actual plan. Because right now there doesn't appear to be viable one. one of the reasons I'm leaning yes.

If you’re leaning yes for a sub-market rate wage with concessions on work rules, there’s clearly no purpose in discussing logic with you.

F9 management has played you like a fiddle, and will continue to enjoy doing swan dives into their swimming pool filled with gold bullion, subsidized by your cheap labor.

How do the no's formulate a plan? Can we apply our dues toward a campaign that produces a counter point to the well funded sales pitch that's about to begin?

I don't think the "Nos" are serious.

I've mentioned on these forums 3 times now that if the Nos are serious they need to organize a counter campaign. I've said that they need to draft a well written, compelling thing, print up hundreds of copies and distribute. Post in crew rooms, logbooks, files, hand out in person, etc.

I even offered to help. Yet all these chest thumping tough guys haven't done sh*t. If we vote this thing down by a small margin, frontier will punish us for a year or longer and then sweeten the pot by 5 bucks. Meanwhile, we will all loose out on $40,000.

If this gets voted down, we need to defeat it big time. Or we vote it in.

That and profit sharing. PS is a good way to incentive workers to make more. 1% for every 10 million split pro rata.
Prob gonna be acquired by Spirit next year. Contract is almost identical. And March raises? Same as Spirit. Odd coincidence.

I agree, and that is the only way to have a productive debate. Nobody has ever been insulted into changing their mind.

If that is the case then vote this in now to get some money and we can work on higher pay and other items while negotiating the JCBA.
