Can’t be Atlas. They top out around 215 for a 747 capt.
I think you are referring to Kalitta. They recently approved a TA. Yes they got a substantial pay raise, I don’t know the exact percentage though. BUT they also got a low 60s min guarantee and retirement that is capped out around 12k company contribution.

I’m not sure if you are being sarcastic or not, but 5 hours a day is still a concession. In five years with F9 I’ve never gotten less than 5 hours credit per vacation day and several times I’ve been able to triple dip and average over 8 hours a day per vacation block. This doesn’t even include training conflict drops which will also be lost. PBS is a concession even if we have strong add/drop/swap language.
I just don’t understand how anyone can vote yes based on the AIP details unless they are in dire need of money right now, which is very shortsighted.

Repeatedly mentioning percentage increase is an attempt to imply we’re being greedy. I tend to view it as an indication of management bad faith. As someone else alluded to, if they had complied with LOA 67, and if they had negotiated in good faith since March, 2017, we wouldn’t be talking about such large percentages.
Heaven knows ALPA will be breaking its collective arm patting itself on the back for huge percentage raises.
How many cycles behind can we expect to be in 5-6 years when we’re in negotiations again? Please keep in mind that a yes vote on this piece of dung immediately means we’ll be one cycle behind from the outset. Also consider that all 3 legacies are now in negotiations or will be within the next few months.
Now is the time to break the cycle, not kick the can down the road and lock in our place at the bottom.

Or stated from a slightly different perspective: Have you ever witnessed a group of pilots at a mainline carrier who begin negotiations 60-70% behind the market who require a 60-70% raise just to reach industry average?

I really don't know how far behind we would be if we sign this in. I honestly don't see legacy pay going much higher than it is now. I believe they will get quality of life improvements though. Yes you are right, had they honored LOA 67 it would have helped.
As for Omni Big Bus you are correct their 1st year FOs got around a 70% raise DOS. From what I could find everybody else got around 50-55% raise DOS.
Anyhow wait and read then decide.

We are behind, and are going to get further behind.
As for Omni, I got it straight from the horses mouth.
Their increases were 63-97% higher just at date of signing. It was only a three year contract, and by end of term they’re looking at a 112-124% increase from current book for captains and FOs.
We should’ve and can do better!!!
