Default Pilot Recruiting - Potential New Hires

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5JSk0sUMqE

The video above has been posted on YouTube by Frontier Recruiting for potential new hires. Comically they turned off the ability to comment on the video on Youtube's website.

Since a lot of people will come on APC to gather info about a potential new employer, I thought it would be a good opportunity to share the video here and allow any comments, insights, or opinions from those already employed at Frontier so that a potential new hire may gather all the information to make a properly informed decision.

Truly inexplicable. I'm completely dumbfounded. I honestly cannot believe I just watched that.

Really, on one hand I needed this for the laugh, but on the other hand, wow!

"When I was a newhire it was incredibly impressive how much our airline cares about you as a person." -Chris D.
"The culture at frontier is a family."

"We are a fun loving group. We always try to make everyone feel included." - Elyse S.
That's what I heard about those recruiting events too.

"I don't want them to look at Frontier as a steppingstone."

"You'll come in as a first officer and because there's so many airplanes coming in there's going to be an opportunity for you to upgrade to be captain. So that's the main advantage of coming to Frontier." - Ranier P.
What Frontier Airlines do these ass clowns work for? And the jack wagon at 2:29 without his damn lanyard on? Hope it was worth it to out yourselves as full of S, non-integrity having liars.

I threw up in my mouth watching that recruiting video, if your a big enough tool to believe that b.s. you really should work for Indigo, work for 50% less than Industry, enjoy your crap benefits, work at Home Depot for retirement savings and get canned before probation ends. Oh the family will love the travel benefits, F9 goes to CLE every third Tuesday.

That female pilot was a bit sexist in my opinion?

I think my favorite part is at 1:57 where Elyse says "Your job isn't just to fly the airplane from point A to point B. So there's times where you're helping push people in wheel chairs, you're grabbing bags, or you're assisting passengers in finding a new gate....."

At 50% of the compensation level of my peers, you can rest assured I'm only going from A to B! Every time a line pilot helps do one of these tasks, it only helps to hide the understaffing and the underqualification that is the root of these problems caused by mismanagement's greed.

Definitely a highlight worth mentioning. Get real. If you hurt yourself doing that b.s. you'd be put out to pasture faster than Biffles can choke down a pint of country gravy.

That was a tired, worn out, b.s. lie like the rest of the video. What a bunch of jokers. How can one, in anyway, think it's ok to make that video lol?

I couldn't show my face ever again if I looked into the camera and made those lies with a straight face.
