Depends on your definition of fume event. Had one in the last couple weeks.... only 2 of 5 FAs agreed they smelt something. They went to the ER to get checked out even though they denied any symptoms. Gonna go ahead and say that tail # was just fine.

I'm sorry, but our massive amount of fume events are grade A bull****.
There is a lot of hype.... FAs are smelling normal fuel/engine smells after engine start and are calling the flight deck to report bull**** fume events.
This crap needs to stop. It is taking away from legit fume events, and makes it hard when a crew has a legit event, to diagnose and take seriously...
FYI, we have had 6 "fume" events in the last week. I'm not a company man, but that is bull****.

WTF?
Please walk away from aviation.
Fume events are a credible threat and every time a concern is raised it should be taken seriously. Sorry for your inconvenience! It’s alarming that you carry people around with that atttitude.
And BTW, you are a company man, maybe you just don’t know it.

Have you personally seen this? I've seen our maintenance take a huge dive in the last six months, but that would be crossing all kinds of red lines.
